Information on Chromebooks, No photographs, and SEPAC
As we begin the new school year, I wanted to share information regarding our device waiver fee for Chromebooks and a digital form if you do not want your child photographed.
Also attached are flyers from our district SEPAC president about an upcoming meet-and-greet!
Device Waiver Fee
Haverhill Public Schools will once again implement a self-funded damage fee for Chromebooks. The process for parents remains the same, and payments can be made online. You can find all the necessary information on our website: https://www.haverhill-ps.org/device-waiver-fee.
Here is the policy link from our district website: Technology Policy
No Photo/Video Opt Out
A digital form is now available for No Photo/Video requests. General information is available in the “Student Safety” section of our Parent Help Center, with a direct link to the form: https://haverhill.jotform.com/260834358885067

A Message from our district SEPAC
SEPAC is excited to announce our first meeting of the 2026–2027 school year—our annual SEPAC/Special Education Department Meet & Greet!
This year, we’re thrilled to be hosting the event at the brand-new Consentino School, and we would love to see you there!
