District Wide Anti-Bullying Campaign and a Message from the PTO
I hope everyone is enjoying the day today. I wanted to share some information from our District Anti-Bullying Campaign and some information from our PTO. Enjoy the rest of your day. I will see you all tomorrow!
November’s Information on the District Anti-Bullying Campaign
This November, we are continuing to grow our community by cultivating gratitude!
You’ve already learned how important it is to say hello to others, make connections, and know who you can go to when you need help. Now, we’re taking the next step: looking beyond ourselves and noticing the people around us.
So, what is gratitude?
Gratitude means noticing and appreciating the good things in our lives and the people who make a difference. It can be as simple as saying “thank you,” giving someone a compliment, or letting someone know that you appreciate what they do. The theme for November is Pay It Forward. Gratitude inspires us to pay kindness forward—when someone does something kind for us, we can pass that kindness along to someone else. This helps us grow in empathy, purpose, and a stronger sense of belonging.
This month, look for an Appreciation Station in your building!
The Appreciation Station is a place where you can:
- Thank someone who has helped or supported you.
- Give someone a genuine compliment.
- Recognize something positive you see in someone else.
- Let someone know that they matter to you and to our community.
This November, let’s grow gratitude together—because when gratitude grows, kindness grows, too!
